Requirements:

  • Minimum D3 in All Major/Engineering/Sales Representative major
  • GPA minimum 2.75
  • Minimum 1 year experience in roles such as Freshgraduates (External Candidates), Mechanic (Internal Candidates), Sales/Salesman (External Candidates), Service, Equipment Management Analyst (Internal Candidates), Technician (Internal Candidates), Warehouseman (Internal Candidates), or working experience as a Sales professional

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer complaints, identify issues, and coordinate with relevant parties (technicians, engineers, etc.).
  2. Maintain prospect customers, conduct research on their business, visit them, and present products.
  3. Identify customer needs, explore value-added opportunities, negotiate sales terms, and conduct the selling process.
  4. Receive purchase orders, send invoices, confirm delivery, and manage accounts receivable collections.
  5. Seek support from the Sales Support Manager for opportunities as needed.
  6. Gather information from customers as required and ensure effective communication of value propositions.
  7. Plan customer calls, prepare discussion content, and schedule calls with support from other resources if needed.
  8. Inform customers about down payment requirements and collect payments if necessary.
  9. Negotiate solutions, pricing, and terms with customers.
  10. Create customer quotes based on solutions and approved pricing.
  11. Collaborate with Application Engineering to define customer solutions and present them to customers.
  12. Engage with customers to understand requirements and communicate them to the engineering team.
  13. Conduct opportunity assessments, prioritize based on criteria, and decide when to pursue opportunities with managerial input.
  14. Review leads, assess their qualification based on customer data, and gather necessary information from internal or external sources.
