Sales Representative - Jawa Tengah (Mandarin Speaker)

• Achieve sales targets in the assigned area and report sales performance regularly to Area Manager
• Act as a representative for the organization during external meetings and presentations
• Assist in communication between Chinese Expatriates and local stakeholders
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with distributors
• Monitor and control product stock in distributors
• Monitor competitors' activities and development to stay informed about industry trends
• Analyze market trends and territory/market's potential

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Fresh graduates or have 1-2 years of working experience in sales at an FMCG company
• Proficiency in Mandarin
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated and target-oriented
• Have a driving license A/C
