Job description

Must have experience: minimum 4 years working as a salesman in FMCG / Pharmaceutical Company.

Area: Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Utara

Area: Subang

Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers daily to give product detailing, share and review trade programs, check product availability at customers, and assist customers in tracking orders.
  • Coordinate with ASM and exclusive salesman of distributors every week.
  • Monitor sales performance, including exclusive salesman of distributors, and provide guidance and advice to help them achieve targets.
  • Achieve sales targets (value and volume) by executing the fixed journey plan, sharing product benefits, selling points, and trade programs, distributing POSM, and negotiating with customers.
  • Discuss and review programs with distributors, join visits, and check/update stocks at distributors.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and trade programs.
  • Follow-up on customer rewards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum hold a Diploma in any field.
  • At least 4 years of sales experience, handling outlets, Apotek, GT channels, midwives, or local key accounts.
  • Familiar with respective areas.
