We’re looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about building relationships, achieving goals, and contributing to a sustainable future. No extensive experience? No problem! We’re here to support you every step of the way as you grow in your career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively connect with businesses (B2B) to introduce them to Plastic Bank’s sustainable solutions.
  • Learn how to identify potential customers and present solutions that meet their needs.
  • Help build relationships with clients and maintain a growing list of sales opportunities.
  • Gain experience using research to personalize your outreach and align with customer goals.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to learn and grow in your role.

Who You Are:

  • Eager to Learn: You’re excited about developing sales skills and growing professionally.
  • Motivated and Goal-Oriented: You enjoy setting goals and working hard to achieve them.
  • Strong Communicator: You’re confident in speaking with people, building rapport, and expressing ideas clearly.
  • Curious and Resilient: You have a positive attitude and are open to feedback and growth opportunities.
  • Passionate About Sustainability: You believe in the importance of creating a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Need:

  • A strong interest in sales, business development, or sustainability.
  • Some experience in customer service, retail, or other roles that involve building relationships is a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with basic IT tools (email, research tools, CRM software) is an advantage.

Why Join Us?

  • Purpose with Impact: Work with a company that’s tackling global challenges while building a sustainable business.
  • Supportive Team: Be part of a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.
  • Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a base salary with opportunities for performance-based rewards.
