About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between our company and clients, ensuring responsive service, effective communication, and continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage RFQs (Request for Quotation) and convert inquiries into purchase orders.

Coordinate with internal departments to oversee order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Develop new business opportunities through platforms such as Alibaba, trade shows, and digital marketing.

Address and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.

Monitor and report on sales performance using internal systems and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales, customer service, or related fields.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in digital marketing targeting US and European markets is a plus.

Background in manufacturing, particularly in mechanical or metal-related industries.

Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, or sales analytics tools.
