Job description

We are looking for a results-driven, extroverted, customer-focused, technologically savvy SaaS Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll excel at engaging with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, building rapport quickly, and developing a pipeline of validated opportunities in the burgeoning field of AI.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • IT Project experience working with AWS is a bonus (familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies – e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with cold calling is a bonus
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with direct outbound customer contact (email, phone)
  • Quick learner and comfortable in ambiguous situations
Responsibilities:
  1. Direct Outbound Lead Generation:
    • Prospect for the right job titles via various channels – e.g., LinkedIn
    • Generate interest for follow-up conversations via phone or online demos
  2. Navigate the sales process for Medium to Large customers:
    • Understand the complexities of enterprise sales
    • Be proficient with presentation tools like PowerPoint and Zoom
    • Communicate effectively across multiple customer job roles
  3. Technical Familiarity:
    • Working familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS
    • Understanding of server administration challenges
    • Fluent in Linux
    • Ability to comprehend technical concepts with enthusiasm for technology
  4. Team Player:
    • Ability to work cohesively within a small, specialized team towards shared goals
    • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
