Job Description

1. Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
2. Daily visit to merchant and build good relationships with the PIC store.
3. Ensure the program in the area runs well and that sales targets are met.
4. Ensure proper placement of POP promotional materials in store.
5. Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors, and field issues.
6. Handle around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
7. Monitor the daily activities of Promoters.
8. Conduct field team training and refresher training for Promoters.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School diploma in any field.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required skills: strong leadership, team management, good communication skills, and marketing skills with social media.
4. Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) or equivalent.
5. Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
6. Able to work shifts.
7. Placement: Palembang.
