As an Account Executive at PT. MAXIMUS ALUMINIUM INDONESIA, you will play a crucial role in managing and strengthening relationships with key customers. This contract position is based in Pekanbaru, Riau, and will involve working closely with the sales and account management teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
  • Finding and Identifying Prospects.
  • Conducting Product Presentations and Demonstrations.
  • Following up on potential customers.
  • Preparing Offers and Negotiations.
  • Opening New Market Opportunities.
  • Providing the Best Service.
  • Communication and Negotiation.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve Sales Targets.
  • Manage client accounts and build strong relationships.
  • Conduct market trend and research to identify new business opportunities.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in all fields, but preferably in the construction field.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, but preferably sales project in the construction field.
  • Familiar with MS Office, able to read and review detailed shop drawings is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and easy to socialize with internal and external company.
  • Have good relationships with Architect Partners, Applicators, Contractors, in Construction field is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed outside the city or work mobile.
  • Must have a private vehicle and driver's license (SIM A & C).
  • Highly self-motivated and target oriented.
  • Physically and mentally healthy.
  • Technical skills, such as CRM software/other data analysis tools.
  • Other skills, such as negotiation, communication, relationship building, time management, problem-solving abilities.
