About the role:
This position reports to the National Manager Sales Project and is responsible for promoting the company's products and brand awareness within assigned territories and sales channels. The role involves presenting our values and solutions to win deals.
Responsibilities:
- Selling the company's products to meet individual targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis according to personal KPIs.
- Aligning with defined customer groups to promote and create brand awareness for the company's brands and products in designated territories.
- Developing and managing relationships with assigned-channel customers.
- Sharing information about non-assigned customers with other sales representatives or channels.
- Building strong relationships, understanding customer demands, and presenting suitable products.
- Studying competitors and preparing customized, win-win quotes in line with the Sales Supervisor's guidance.
- Providing technical and commercial support, securing opportunities, and negotiating contracts or sales orders.
- Coordinating with departments such as Supply Chain, Product Management, Marketing, and Finance to support customer needs.
- Monitoring and reporting customer progress and potential opportunities to superiors, including market insights, issues, and solutions.
- Representing the company professionally, adhering to company values and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, business administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in distribution or dealer sales.
- Experience in architectural hardware, furniture fittings, home appliances, sanitary, or related fields is a plus, preferably from building materials companies.
- Strong networks with decision-makers in carpentry, furniture manufacturing, and interior materials.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, outgoing, sales-driven, and with a high sense of urgency.
- Understanding of interior design and brand positioning.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; English skills are a plus.
