We are a company that distributes building materials in the city of Tangerang, we sell pvc pipes, ppr, conduit, HDPE, fitting with the Lesso brand, Guannan plywood, sanitary and switch lights with the Simon brand and other. Now we are looking for the candidates Sales Project.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 3 years experience as Project Sales to Developers, Contractors, Consultants etc in the Jabodetabek / Non Jabodetabek area

• Has a wide network in government agencies/BUMN or the private sector

• Have relationships with Developers, Contractors, Consultants etc, in Jabodetabek areas

• Have the ability to make offers, make presentations and convince clients

• Accustomed to working with targets and deadlines

• Think analytically and be adept at negotiating

• Have good interpersonal skills, be pro active & innovative

• Sociable and able to correspond well

Job Description:

• Achieve predetermined targets

• Looking for potential sources of new projects

• Conduct visits to government/BUMN/Private agencies to obtain information on potential projects

• Conduct intensive client visits to follow up on project achievement targets

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers

• Proactively provide support and fast feedback on client needs

• Fostering good relationships with company clients and establishing cooperation

• Collaborate well with internal teams within the company to achieve existing goals

• The salary mentioned above is the salary including commission if the specified target is achieved and there is no commission limit.
