Job description

Artadia Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Project Officer to join our team. This full-time, field-based position focuses on securing government and commercial projects for designer furniture, especially loose furniture such as sofas, chairs, tables, and lighting. You’ll work closely with interior designers, architects, and procurement stakeholders to position Urbanloft as the preferred brand for high-end project specifications.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities in corporate, hospitality, and government sectors
  2. Building long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, and decision-makers
  3. Presenting Urbanloft’s collections as tailored project solutions
  4. Preparing proposals, negotiating pricing, and managing contract closures
  5. Visiting project sites, attending expos, and expanding your network in the design industry
  6. Keeping track of project pipelines through CRM and procurement platforms
  7. Sharing market insights and contributing to project strategy improvements
What We're Looking For
  1. 2–5 years of experience in furniture project sales, B2B, or government/commercial tenders, especially loose furniture (not built-in/custom cabinetry)
  2. Good understanding of design trends, materials, and client expectations in the lifestyle or hospitality sector
  3. Strong network or familiarity with the design or architecture ecosystem
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to build trust with creative professionals
  5. Self-starter with high field agility and strong follow-up discipline
  6. Familiar with CRM systems and basic procurement tools (LPSE, e-catalogs, etc.)
  7. Degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
