Job description

Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote polycarbonate sheets, panels, and roofing products.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, architectural, and industrial sectors.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and site visits with clients and contractors.

Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.

Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Coordinate with the marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery and promotional support.

Provide training and motivation for sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain brand reputation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
