  • Sales Data Analysis: Evaluate sales performance across multiple channels to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities. Develop and deliver routine performance reports with actionable insights for the team.
  • Sales Agent Performance Evaluation: Monitor and assess key metrics such as agent productivity, funnel progression, target achievement, package mix, basket size, customer retention, and service level adherence. Lead business review sessions with agents and key stakeholders.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Support the creation and execution of sales forecasts and demand planning activities. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate projections and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Reporting & Strategic Insights: Produce detailed sales performance reports and dashboards. Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance sales strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, business intelligence, marketing, operations, legal, product, service, after-sales, and finance teams to ensure data consistency and enable strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data by maintaining well-organized datasets and reporting tools.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a Sales Analyst, Data Analyst, or Sales Planning role, preferably in a multi-channel environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts) and familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
