How did it all start?

This position is urgently needed immediately to help Strategic Partnership Function achieve the 2025 objective of 100 Go Live partners for the Embedded Banking Product. This position will be reporting to “Team Lead Strategic Partnership”. This position will be expected to lead the sales cycle from Identification, Lead Generation, to Go Live.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify, prospect, and initiate relationships with potential partners (e.g. Fintech, Logistics, E-Commerce, OTA, Healthcare, Retail, etc)
  2. Partner Ecosystem Mapping: Understand where the company fits within a broader partner ecosystem and how to strategically position the product
  3. Outreach & Pitching: Build relationships with potential partners, clearly communicating the value of the embedded banking services and how it fits into their customer experience or business model
  4. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure that potential partners meet regulatory, security, and operational standards, especially in the highly regulated financial services space
  5. Partner Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new partners, including contract negotiation, legal agreements, and alignment on shared goals, compliance requirements, and expectations.
Requirements:

  1. Bachelor in any field
  2. Experience work in SaaS or Banking service company (3-5 years minimum)
  3. Strong track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, including managing negotiations, closing deals, and driving revenue through partner channels
  4. Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, or third-party service providers
  5. Work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements
  6. Proven experience in partnership management or business development in the banking, fintech, or embedded finance sectors
