About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to optimize and enhance our sales processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and customer success teams to drive data-driven decision-making, improve pipeline management, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize sales processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency

• Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights (Generate Reports and Presentations)

• Support territory planning, quota setting, and forecasting

• Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales goals

• Assist in sales compensation plan design and execution

• Implement and manage sales enablement initiatives (training, playbooks, etc.)

• Streamline contract management, deal approvals, and pricing strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in business Consulting, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Reporting, Spreadsheets, and Presentation tools. CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and BI tools experience will be advantage

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
