Job description

As an integrated vegetable seed company, PT EAST WEST SEED INDONESIA (EWINDO) needs its agile team to focus on providing reliable products for customers, engaging with end-consumers, and adapting to the rapidly changing external environment, particularly digitalization.

This position will be based at EWINDO’s headquarters in Purwakarta, West Java.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive program execution, optimize processes from planning and preparation to deployment, monitoring, and reporting.
  2. Oversee program feedback and implement improvements to ensure effectiveness in driving business growth.
  3. Ensure smooth business process cycles to support program execution and adapt to market dynamics.
  4. Develop team members' knowledge and skills to ensure flawless program execution.

Monthly responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate internal HO team processes with relevant stakeholders (e.g., PM team, Sales team, Marketing brand team, Comex team) to prepare execution plans.
  2. Create deployment materials by translating programs from owners into actionable plans/briefs.
  3. Conduct proper program/project deployment processes with relevant parties (area team, commercial excellence team).
  4. Collaborate with commercial excellence to review cycles by area, monitor progress, review outcomes, and create action plans to achieve program/project goals.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable university in Agriculture, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience (expert level) in sales operations, channel management, or business analysis in a leadership role.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a focus on problem identification, problem solving, and innovation/initiative.
  • Good strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, selling, negotiation, and team-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Indonesia as needed and engage actively with farmers.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Willing to be placed at the Head Office in Purwakarta, West Java.
