About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead sales initiatives across our dental clinics. From identifying growth opportunities to launching and scaling impactful programs, you’ll play a key role in driving patient acquisition and retention. If you thrive on solving challenges and making ideas happen, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development

Identify clinic-level sales challenges and opportunities through data analysis, industry research, and collaboration to propose impactful initiatives.

KPI Design & Performance Tracking

Define measurable KPIs, set up real-time dashboards, and analyze sales data to identify trends and performance gaps.

Design and run pilot initiatives, iterate based on results, and document learnings to guide broader implementation.

Execution & Rollout

Lead end-to-end rollout of successful sales programs across clinics with clear guidelines, training, and ongoing support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Engage and align stakeholders across clinics, marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure initiative success.

Team Enablement & Coaching

Motivate and coach clinic teams, fostering a strong sales culture and driving continuous improvement on the ground.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales operations / Business strategy / Sales enablement or consulting.
  • Proven experience designing and executing sales initiatives and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience with data analysis, including working with dashboards and interpreting KPIs to drive decisions
  • Skilled in project and change management, especially at scale
  • Experience in conducting pilot programs, A/B testing, and iterative program development
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, dynamic environment with constant change and rapid iteration.
