A Bali-based real estate agency is seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator. This role requires strong organizational skills, CRM management experience, and the ability to liaise between teams. The ideal candidate is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, tech-savvy, and has a background in real estate in Bali.
Purpose of the Role
We are a Bali-based real estate agency specializing in high-end, ethical, and sustainable property. As part of our continued growth and operational restructuring, we are seeking aSales & Operations Coordinatorto serve as the primary point of contact between our commercial team, the director, and other company functions.
The ideal candidate is organized, autonomous, and tech-savvy, with a strong background in Bali’s real estate industry. You’ll play a critical role in daily operations, team coordination, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & CRM Coordination
●Track and coordinate incoming leads to the appropriate sales agents
●Manage and update the CRM system (experience with GoHighLevel is a major plus)
●Monitor sales activity and pipeline performance; support regular reporting
●Prepare listing documents, client briefs, and internal sales tools
●Support lead follow-up and help ensure no opportunities are missed
️ Operational & Administrative Support
●Organize internal workflows, follow up on task completion, and assist with scheduling
●Help maintain and improve administrative tools and standard operating procedures
●Act as a liaison between internal teams and agency leadership
●Support recruitment logistics, onboarding processes, and reporting
●Assist with basic accounting activities, coordination, and communication with the finance department
Marketing Interface & Materials Management
●Ensure seamless coordination between sales and marketing teams
●Understand marketing principles and uphold the agency’s brand standards
●Use tools such as Canva and others to prepare/update visual assets and documents
●Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out campaigns and updates when needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
●Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with fluent English (spoken and written), and French is a plus
●Previous experience as Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or Admin Officer – ideally in real estate in Bali
●Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
●Tech-savvy:
●Able to work with both local teams and remote international management
●High level of autonomy, reliability, structure, and accountability
