Job summary

A leading automotive sales company based in Jakarta Selatan seeks a Sales Operations Manager to oversee sales processes and team management. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the automotive or FMCG sector. Strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, are essential. This is a full-time position available Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing inventory and third-party agencies.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine sales processes to enhance team efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external agencies (e.g., media, marketing) to align with our sales goals; also coordinate with Biro Jasa for license (STNK and BPKB).
  • Supervise team including CS, Admin, CA, and Showroom Department.
  • Manage contracts and performance metrics for third-party partners.
  • Oversee operations across multiple showroom locations; prepare opening of new showroom, distribution equipment and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure consistent operational practices and standards across all showrooms.
  • Monitor inventory and assets across all showrooms.
  • Available working from Monday to Saturday at Cilandak, South Jakarta.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in automotive, FMCG or electric vehicles.
  • Proven experience in warehouse / inventory management.
  • Experienced in managing & handling third-party agencies and multiple locations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Have a personal laptop.
  • Fluency in English is a must。
