Objective & Job Description – Senior Sales (On The Road)

Position: Senior Sales (On The Road)

Target: Head Truck, Lorry, Mixer, Water Truck, Fuel Truck through leasing, not in-house

To carry out direct field sales (on the road) in order to achieve the sales target of 15 units per quarter for commercial vehicles (Head Truck, Lorry, Mixer, Water Truck, Fuel Truck) by leveraging the existing customer database in Jabodetabek, East Java (Surabaya), and West Java (Bandung), as well as expanding new business networks.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct direct on-the-road vehicle sales activities to potential customers in Jabodetabek, Surabaya, and Bandung.
  • Manage and maximize the customer database within the designated areas.
  • Perform canvassing, field visits, and follow-up on prospects to drive sales growth.
  • Develop sales strategies and market penetration plans for assigned regions.
  • Present products and negotiate with customers to achieve closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline, monitor progress, and ensure monthly target achievement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat orders.
  • Coordinate with financing partners (Leasing), operations, and aftersales teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Provide sales reports and market updates to the Sales Manager/Head of Sales.
Qualifications
  • Minimum education D3/Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or Marketing Management).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial vehicle/heavy equipment sales.
  • Proven possession of an active customer database in Jabodetabek, Surabaya, and Bandung.
  • Proven track record of closing target deals and achieving sales targets for commercial vehicles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
