Job Summary

• Responsible to achieve distributors sales target (sell in & sell out)
• Responsible for product distribution sales target
• Responsible for distributor collection to principal
• Ensuring that the sales strategies plans well executed
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Provide sales expertise, data, and distributors process improvements

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field
• Must have minimum 1 year experience in FMCG industry with the same position
• Must have experience inpersonal care or beauty and cosmetic industry
• Demonstrated and proven sales result
