Job summary

Job description

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with dealers and leasing companies in the local market
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organisations
Understand the unique needs and requirements of dealer and leasing customers, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of insurance products and services
Actively monitor and report on the performance of assigned accounts, identifying areas for growth and improvement

Job Requirement:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within insurance, leasing and/or dealership company.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
