Job summary

DUNE World in Bali is seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Officer based in Denpasar to handle inquiries, manage reservations, and drive sales growth across travel and diving experiences.

You will build relationships with travel agents and corporate partners, coordinate with internal teams for guest experiences, and maintain accurate documentation while delivering exceptional service to international clients.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen required.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, travel or hospitality.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; French or other languages a plus.
• Experience with lead generation and identifying sales opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.

Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Officer based in Denpasar

The Sales Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing reservations and sales operations, generating leads, and supporting business growth through various sales channels. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, travel agents, and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communications and sales inquiries for the French market, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Assisting with reservations, quotations, and booking follow-up
• Supporting sales growth and achieving revenue targets
• Developing and maintaining relationships with travel agents and partners
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Monitoring outstanding payments, documents, and guest requirements
• Assisting with sales reporting and administrative tasks

Qualifications & Experience

• For Indonesian citizens only
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, reservations, or a related industry
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in lead generation and identifying sales opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of sales operations, reservations, and booking procedures
• Familiarity with channel sales and partner network management
• Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with travel agents and corporate clients
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple bookings, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable using digital tools such as email, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and booking platforms
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French or additional languages are a strong advantage
• Experience working with international clients and adapting communication styles across cultures
• Client-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling guest information and documentation
• Passion for diving, adventure travel, hospitality, or eco-tourism is highly valued
