The Role
  1. Member Experience: Act as the point of contact for members, enhancing their experience at every touchpoint. Address inquiries and uphold high standards of administration and support.
  2. Club Presence: Create a warm, inviting atmosphere, from front of house duties to welcoming new members.
  3. Sales and Growth: Take ownership of membership targets, striving for sales, retention, and growth each month.
  4. Activity Targets: Ensure all activity targets are met to achieve net growth.
  5. Membership Offerings: Tailor memberships to individual needs and expand corporate memberships within the local area.
  6. Product Advice: Provide guidance on exercise activities and Virgin Active products.
  7. Operational Support: Support smooth club operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
  8. Flexibility: Take on Duty Shift responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and leadership in club management.
Experience
