Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to join our team in Indonesia. This role will play a critical role in supporting both marketing initiatives and sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Support:
  2. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, events).
  3. Create and curate marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  4. Manage social media platforms, engaging with audiences and tracking performance metrics.
  5. Support event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
  6. Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including CRM data entry, lead management, and order processing.
  7. Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  8. Conduct market research to identify potential leads, competitors, and industry trends.
  9. Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales service delivery.
  10. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  12. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  1. Reporting & Analytics:
  2. Track and analyze marketing and sales KPIs, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  3. Use data to recommend improvements in campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and customer retention.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, International Economics and Trade, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or a similar role.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) is a must.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and CRM systems.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of sales funnel optimization and lead nurturing strategies.

Knowledge of local Indonesian market dynamics and cultural preferences.

Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales/marketing roles.
