Job description

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed

Coordinate and increase sales through online and offline channels

Implement effective marketing strategies oriented towards achieving and increasing sales targets

Evaluate sales target achievement and provide guidance and solutions to sales-related issues

Build and maintain relationships with business partners, clients, and vendors

Provide training and coaching to the team

Create monthly and annual reports on sales and promotional budgeting

Evaluate promotional and branding programs to increase awareness

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field

Minimum 1–3 years of proven sales experience (travel/hospitality industry is a plus), fresh graduates are welcome

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Comfortable working with targets and deadlines

Able to travel domestically and/or internationally when required

Proficiency in English or Mandarin (written and spoken)

Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite
