PT Linyang Energy Cemerlang seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead client engagement and revenue growth in PLN projects. The role requires a commercial leader with 5+ years of experience in the Indonesian energy sector, focusing on strategic marketing and hands-on sales execution.

Our Indonesian operations are headquartered in SCBD Jakarta, serving as a strategic hub for business development and collaboration with key partners, particularly PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara). In parallel, our manufacturing facility in Tangerang is supporting localization efforts and strengthening our supply chain to better serve national infrastructure projects.
We are currently looking for a high-performing Sales & Marketing Manager to lead client engagement, commercial strategy, and revenue growth, especially in the PLN and government project segment.
As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead end-to-end business development activities, combining strategic marketing with hands-on sales execution. Your focus will be on securing, managing, and growing PLN-related projects and other institutional accounts.

We are currently looking for a high-performing Sales & Marketing Manager to lead client engagement, commercial strategy, and revenue growth, especially in the PLN and government project segment.
As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead end-to-end business development activities, combining strategic marketing with hands-on sales execution. Your focus will be on securing, managing, and growing PLN-related projects and other institutional accounts.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute commercial strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to PLN and other target clients in Indonesia.
Identify business opportunities, prepare and manage bidding documents, quotations, and proposals.
Develop and manage monthly work plans including sales targets, invoicing, collections, shipment scheduling, and expense tracking.
Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with PLN stakeholders and other key government-linked institutions.
Handle client orders, coordinate inventory availability and export declarations, ensure accurate delivery and timely payment.
Represent the company in trade shows, customer training sessions, and other engagement forums.
Manage post-sales activities, including complaint handling and coordination of after-sales support.
Champion Linyang’s brand in the region and align marketing efforts with company objectives.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on commercial leader with in-depth knowledge of the Indonesian energy market, particularly someone experienced in navigating PLN’s procurement and partnership landscape.
Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience working with or managing PLN-related projects. (This is a mandatory requirement.)
Strong background in sales, marketing, or project engineering in sectors such as smart metering, EPC, or industrial electrical systems.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus.
Familiar with market segmentation, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
Understanding of legal, financial, and operational aspects of government project delivery.
Strong skills in client analysis, negotiation, and risk management.
Able to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks across multiple stakeholders and teams.
