Job summary
A premier hotel chain in Jakarta is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to achieve sales targets, develop business leads, and enhance customer relationships. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls effectively.
- Develop business leads for the hotel weekly.
- Prepare monthly list of accounts to target for the following month.
- Plan at least 2 site inspections/entertainment meetings weekly for potential or new accounts.
- Prepare monthly action plans for main market segments.
- Review account profiles monthly, focusing on room night production and average rates.
- Monitor competitors’ rate strategies and marketing activities.
- Manage accounts, including contracting and updating profiles.
- Upsell, cross-sell, and promote hotel facilities and services.
- Attend hotel client and community events to network.
Skills

- Monitor competitors’ rate strategies, account penetration, and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Manage accounts, including contracting, updating profiles, and renewing contracts
- Update management on VIP arrivals and coordinate meet and greet
- Upsell, cross-sell, and promote hotel facilities and services to maximize revenue
- Negotiate to achieve optimal profit and rates for the hotel
- Attend hotel client and community events to network and maintain visibility
- Report market trends and business leads to the Director of Sales & Marketing
