We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with expertise in digital marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will drive our digital marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and boost sales performance in the competitive mobile electronics market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and digital marketing strategies.
2. Manage and optimize online campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok, Instagram, etc.).
3. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
5. Lead, develop, and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
6. Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and digital marketing, preferably in the electronics industry.
3. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
4. Familiar with marketplace advertisement such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok Shop.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
6. Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
