About the role

We seek an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Kopi Prima Indonesia (Sumber Energi Pangan Group), a leading producer of premium coffee products. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our coffee business, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing strategies. Based in Tangerang, Banten, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive plans to expand our market reach and increase brand awareness.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
2. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
3. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets and develop tailored sales approaches to capture them.
4. Liaise with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
6. Lead the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns, content, and brand initiatives.
7. Analyse sales and marketing data to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.
8. Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making processes.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the coffee or F&B industry.
2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting.
6. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
