We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketing Manager (SMM) to join our dynamic team at either the SURABAYA Office or JAKARTA Office.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading and directing our Sales Team and creating marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.
2. Managing the Sales Team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
4. Preparing and presenting sales and marketing reports to management.
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing management role, preferably within the textile industry (yarn, fabric, garment).
2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
5. Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.
6. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
