Overview
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage the company’s brand image, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, including at least 1 year in a managerial position.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading teams effectively.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Creative, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
