As akey playerin our team, you will:

Drive Sales Growth:Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base in industries requiringindustrial knives and precision machining (5-axis milling/turning).

Engage with Clients:Understand technical requirements, provide expert advice, and build long-term relationships.

Manage Projects:From quotation to delivery, ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Explore New Markets:Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in sectors likeplastics (compounding, masterbatches, virgin materials).

Lead Customer Visits:Travel across Indonesia to meet clients, present solutions, and report on market trends.

What We’re Looking For:

Education:Diploma 3 / Politeknik inMechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields.

Experience:10+ years in industrial sales, preferably inindustrial knives, machining, or mechanical engineering.

Technical Skills:Ability to interpret2D/3D drawings(SolidWorks/AutoCAD is a plus).

Industry Knowledge:Experience in theplastic industryis advantageous.

Language:Fluent English (written & spoken)– essential for international collaboration.

Mobility:Willing totravel nationwide.

Personality:Independent, confident, and adaptable in afast-paced, small-team environment.
