Overview

Responsible for market operations strategy and its development and ensure the achievement of targets set by the company. Discover the client's needs, will discuss the product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.

Responsibilities
  • Leading all activities of the Sales and Marketing Department.
  • Generates leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
  • Build, grow, and serve the customer to achieve established sales targets & management objectives.
  • Serve Existing accounts & build new customer base.
  • Grow the business by managing existing accounts and identifying new potential customers.
  • Promote the use of products to new and existing customers through the application of selling skills and building relationships with all levels within the target customers.
  • Conduct client visits, handle the inquiries & quotations with target driven performance.
  • Market analyze regarding the Competitor Strategies.
  • Mentor sales engineer to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
  • Provide periodic sales reports to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in reputable University.
  • Minimum 1 year previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience.
  • Good Indonesian & English communication skill (written & spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to analysis & solve complex problems.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
