Job description

Our Client is looking for a SALES & MARKETING MANAGER. Our Client is one of the biggest BOPP & PET Manufacturers in South East Asia. They have a global manufacturing footprint across 7 locations in five countries: India, Thailand, Indonesia, Turkey, and the US, supplemented with an extensive sales & distribution network in key demand centers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make sales quotations (after approval for price and non-standard terms & conditions from Product Managers) and send them to customers.
• Follow up with customers for payment (in case of default) at the initial stages.
• Reconcile accounts with customers (in case of discrepancies).
• Prepare receivables reports.
• Prepare other MIS as required by senior management.
• Maintain documentation as per quality systems and procedures.
• Assist Product Managers in collecting information from the market/customers as desired.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the flexible packaging industry is a must (at least 5 - 10 years).
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Chemistry, Economics, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
• Able to communicate in English is a must.
• Able to operate a computer (Ms. Office, Outlook, etc.).
• Willing to be placed in Kawasan Industri Cikande, Serang.
