Job description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve performance goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and branding strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to upper management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-connected with a strong professional network.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems) is a plus.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.

Starting from these thoughts, we decided to run an edutech company since 2015, formerly known as Squline, and based in Jakarta. CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
