Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a Sales Marketing Lead in Jakarta to drive new client acquisition and manage existing client relationships. You will analyze client assets and strategies to grow value, while taking responsibility for personal and team AUM in a dynamic finance setup.

The role requires at least 3 years in capital markets, strong leadership, and a WMI certification, with preference for prior similar roles.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the capital market industry.
• Good management and leadership skills; experience in managing a team is a plus.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Certified in WMI (Wakil Manager Investasi / Investment Manager Representative).
