An International School (SPK) in South of Surabaya, Singapore National Academy, is looking for Sales & Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will join the marketing team, drive student enrollments, and create compelling campaigns that enhance the school’s brand.

Qualification:

* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or with international schools.

* Strategic thinker and insight-driven

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excellent organizational and time management skills.

* A results-driven approach with the ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance.

* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external stakeholders.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to understand and meet the needs of prospective students and parents, ensuring exceptional service throughout the enrollment process.
