SALES & MARKETING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job Requirements:

1. Having sales area experience in baby products, beauty care, food & beverage, and general in construction and industrial fields is preferred.
2. Minimum Associate Degree (D3)/ Bachelor Degree (S1) of any major.
3. Good communication in English (Japanese language is a plus).
4. Have import work experience.
5. Work honestly, tenaciously, and diligently.
6. Able to work individually and in a team.
7. Willing to work with targets.
8. Willing to travel for business outside of JABODETABEK.
9. Having a driving license is a plus.
10. In good physical and mental health.

Job Description:

1. Perform good communication and establish good relationships with internal and external companies (dealers, sub-dealers, users, industrial companies).
2. Strong sales mentality is a must.
3. Expand business, develop and establish relationships with both individual clients and industrial companies.
4. Assist in creating and implementing any ideas and concepts related to the introduction and marketing of products.
5. Able to provide reports of visits and survey results with external parties.
6. Learn and develop knowledge related to products.
7. Able to provide sustainability analysis related to marketing activities and performance reporting.
8. Prepare any tasks related to internal functions together with a team.
