Qualifications

Job description

Assist in the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing plans

Coordinate and support sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring effective delivery and analysis of results

Liaise with internal teams to gather insights and information to inform marketing activities

Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for Artha Inti Mentari

Provide sales support by preparing proposals, presentations and other sales materials

Contribute to the creation of engaging content for the company's website, social media and other marketing channels

Assist with the management of the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system

Support the organisation of key events and activities to promote the IMV brands, such as Verites, Pigeon, Instax, Astalift, LeNord, Etsuko, Thinkinbae, etc

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales and/or marketing assistant role, ideally within the FMCG sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, with a keen eye for detail

Creative flair and a data-driven approach to marketing and sales activities

Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Bachelor's or Master degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

Preferably can speak Mandarin.

Must be fluent in English
