Job description

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for valves and water-related solutions.

Proactively identify, engage, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including municipal water authorities, industrial clients, EPCs, contractors, and consultants.

Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions to promote product benefits and value propositions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and manage sales forecasts, reports, proposals, and pricing strategies in line with company policies.

Collaborate with internal teams including product, technical, and after-sales service to ensure smooth customer experience and project execution.

Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen brand presence and expand market reach.

Maintain a thorough understanding of valve applications, water treatment systems, and regulatory standards relevant to the market.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of proven outdoor sales experience in valves, water treatment, water distribution, or industrial fluid systems.

Strong network within Indonesia’s water sector, including connections with government bodies, consultants, and contractors.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong ability to work independently in the field.

Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia.
