Sales Manager

● Network: Has existing contacts/network in the domain of government, banking, financial service and technology industry

● New deal: Able to explore and initiate nett new deal / opportunity

● Partnership: Able to initiate and drive partnership with technology partners & principals

● Follow-up & account management: able to determine the right approach in handling existing deals & account, and to expand towards larger / more strategic opportunities

● Upsell & Cross-sell: able to see future opportunities and introduce further services/solutions from Gihon group

Job Requirements for Sales Manager

● Working experience: 4-6 years

● Preferably, has exposure in managing team (coordination or project management role is acceptable)

● Experience / evidence in opening, managing, closing business deals

● Able to learn and understand the latest development of technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence, cloud platform, big data, data center, block chain, sensors)

● Bachelor degree, preferably in business/management, marketing or computer science degree

Technical Manager

● Business Understanding: Able to understand business / organization and develop business requirement, functional requirement and technical requirement documents

● Technology exposure: Understand and build solutions related to data centre, artificial intelligence, internet of things, internet service provider, data ecosystem or block chain

● Client solutions: Explore current and new technologies, then relate it and drive impact for the company & existing clients

● Architecture: Able to see the big picture and propose/design overall technical blueprint and roadmap (phase by phase)

Job Requirements for Technical Manager

● Working experience: 4-6 years

● Ideally, has exposure in managing team (coordination or project management role is acceptable)

● Experience / evidence in handling concrete technical project & solutions

● Able to learn and understand the latest development of technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence, cloud platform, big data, data center, block chain, sensors)

● Bachelor degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, mathematics, or engineering degree
