Job description

Bachelor's Degree in management or a related field is preferred.

Required language(s): English

Minimum of 3 years of management and leadership experience, particularly in the Elevator and Escalator (Maintenance Contract) business.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Performance Monitoring, Tasks, KPIs, Order Contract Maintenance & Service, and project management.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve business goals and revenue targets.
  2. Report to management (HQ) and perform routine performance evaluations.
  3. Oversee daily operations of Contract Maintenance & Service sales, manage sales, and set performance goals.
  4. Plan, evaluate, and optimize Contract Maintenance & Service sales strategies.
  5. Manage internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiate contracts and orders.
  6. Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
  7. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including analysis and sales order reports.
  8. Address customer issues escalations and legal actions.
