A leading elevator and escalator company in Indonesia is seeking a management professional to oversee Contract Maintenance & Service operations. The role demands a strong background in leadership, analytical skills, and a proven track record in achieving revenue targets. The candidate must be proficient in English and have experience in the elevator and escalator business.
Bachelor's Degree in management or a related field is preferred.
Required language(s): English
Minimum of 3 years of management and leadership experience, particularly in the Elevator and Escalator (Maintenance Contract) business.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Performance Monitoring, Tasks, KPIs, Order Contract Maintenance & Service, and project management.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
