We are looking to recruit a driven, ambitious individual to join our team in Keighley.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family-run business in the AM top 50 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners. This role comes with a competitive basic salary of £35,000 with an achievable OTE of £60,000.

About You

We are seeking an experienced and talented Sales Manager to join our successful team at the Keighley dealership. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, your main responsibilities will include managing the Sales team for both New and Used Car Sales, achieving targets, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities and fostering long-term growth for the dealership and your team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a natural leader, and capable of creating a customer-centric environment through communication, team-building, and coaching.

Key Objectives as a Sales Manager
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through a motivated sales team.
  • Manage training and development to support skills enhancement and career growth.
  • Delegate responsibilities and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with the Dealer Principal to develop policies for profitability.
  • Create strategies to increase business and meet sales volume and profit goals.
  • Oversee sales campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to maximize sales and brand image.
  • Identify process improvements for efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with financial institutions and relevant partners.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction and retention to boost sales and profitability.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, handle complaints professionally, and resolve issues sensitively.

Working Hours

Hours are from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday; and 10:30 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday. You will work on a shift pattern averaging 41.5 hours per week over four weeks.
