The hotel offers 378 beautiful, spacious rooms & suites. While for business purpose, ballroom and meeting

rooms are available for conference up to 350 guests.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in both the corporate and travel agent segments.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in Surabaya and neighbouring areas.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Represent the hotel at sales events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong network and connections within the Surabaya corporate and travel trade markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
