Job Description:

Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship building, especially in the Rubber and PVC industry.

Business Development: Study market trends and propose new products for development.

Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the company's chemical products, their applications, and benefits.

Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, with chemical majors preferred.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry, with a minimum of 3 years in rubber trading chemicals.

Fluent in English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.

Must have SIM A and SIM C.
