Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Multifinance in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations, managing the sales team, developing sales strategies and targets, and overseeing customer relationships to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Manager/Assistant/Supervisor in multifinance/LEASING.
  • Extensive experience in sales management.
  • Experience managing branches with at least 15 staff members.
