We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales Managerto join our growing team in Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling property and real estate offerings to both local and international clients, with a strong focus on expanding our presence in theAustralian market. This role requires a proactive individual who can build relationships, understand client needs, and close deals effectively in a competitive real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell property listings (villas, land, commercial spaces) to prospective buyers and investors.
- Develop and maintain a strong client network, with a key focus on high-potential markets such as Australia.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the Australian property investment market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, property viewings, negotiations, to closing sales.
- Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows locally and internationally (especially in Australia).
- Coordinate with marketing and digital teams to tailor campaigns for Australian clientele.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and property proposals.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM tools.
- Provide after-sales support and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Work closely with the legal and operations team to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong network and understanding of the Australian market is highly desirable.
- Experience working with international clients and investors.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client availability and market needs.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Experience living, studying, or working in Australia is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with property investment regulations and trends in Bali and Australia.
