Job Description

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets (key KPIs).

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve lead conversion rates and overall revenue growth.

Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional programs that drive property sales performance.

Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance regularly to ensure KPI achievement and continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and developers to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and KPI progress to management on a regular basis.

Ensure all sales operations and documentation comply with company SOPs, timelines, and standards.
