Sales Manager Project - Building Materials (B-117035)

Our client is a Building Materials company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Manager Project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the construction project through tenders.
  • Ability to make accurate sales forecasts based on production timeline until delivery time.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management and HQ.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with key clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing excellent after-sales support.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Manager in the building materials (windows, doors, etc.) industry with a focus on high-end products.
  • Have a good network in high-end project (high-rise building, landed house) tenders.
  • Business level of English.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
